Live Help Server Software 3.25 / Live Help Messenger 2.86 - Released
The Live Help Server Software version 3.25 has been released along with version 2.86 of the Live Help Messenger Windows application. The Live Help Messenger Windows application incorporates many improvements and has been developed using the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 When re-installing the Live Help Server Software 3.25, your MySQL database and /livehelp directory must be re-created/deleted. Please contact technical support if you have any difficulties.

Live Help Server Software 3.2 / Live Help Messenger 2.8 - Released
The Live Help Web Application version 3.2 has been released along with version 2.8 of the Live Help Messenger Windows application. If you are running version 3.0 of the Live Help Server Software you will only need to complete a re-upload of the Server Software, further details are available within the README.TXT file. Please contact technical support if you have any difficulties.

Live Help Messenger Technology Preview - Updated
The Live Help Messenger technology preview release has been updated within the customer area. This update requires the Live Help web application version 2.75 to be installed on your web server. You can upgrade from version 2.6.1 [previous versions require a re-installation] simply re upload all files with the exception of /livehelp/include/config_database.php and the installation directory.

The technology preview release requires the latest Live Help Web Application on the server-side. Live Help Messenger 2.6 Final - Available
stardevelop.com Live Help Messenger 2.6 Final has been released in the customer area. There has also been an update to the current Windows Application to version 1.6 [only compatible with Live Help 2.6]. When installing Live Help 2.6 you must create a new MySQL database and update the Live Help code on your web pages. The upcoming Live Help Messenger Windows application that will replace the current Windows application will preview release within the following weeks. Please lodge bug reports directly through our Bug Reports.
