Live Help PHP Server System RequirementsThe minimum requirements to install the Live Help Server Software on your web server are PHP 5.0+ and MySQL 4.0.18. Please contact your web hosting company or server administrator to verify that you have access to these minimum versions of PHP and MySQL.
The Live Help PHP Server Software is required to be installed on your server within the /livehelp directory e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ or within a sub-domain such as http://chat.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ etc.
Live Help Operator System RequirementsWe highly recommend that you install the Live Help Messenger desktop application within your employee's PCs. The system requirements for the Live Help Messenger Windows application are shown below.
Live Help Hosted Service If you don't have PHP and MySQL available on your web server then you might be interested in our Live Help Hosted Solution. Our managed Live Help Hosted service is ideal if you are unable to install PHP and MySQL on your web server. The Live Help Hosted service starts at US$20/month for a single operator account.
