Live Help Server Software Technical Requirements
The minimum requirements to install the Live Help Server Software on your web-server are PHP 4.3.0 and MySQL 3.23. Please contact your web hosting company to verify that you have access to these minimum versions of PHP and MySQL.
The Live Help Server Software must be installed on your server within the /livehelp directory e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ or http://chat.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ etc.
Live Help Messenger Hosted Service
If you don't have PHP and MySQL available on your web server then checkout our Live Help Hosted Solution. Our managed Live Help service is ideal for customers that are unable to install PHP and MySQL on their web site / server.
