Live Help PHP Server System Requirements
The minimum requirements to install the Live Help Server Software on your web server are PHP 4.3.0 and MySQL 4.0.18. Please contact your web hosting company or server administrator to verify that you have access to these minimum versions of PHP and MySQL.

The Live Help PHP Server Software is required to be installed on your server within the /livehelp directory e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ or within a sub-domain such as http://chat.yourdomain.com/livehelp/ etc.

We highly recommend that you install the Live Help Messenger desktop application within your employee's PCs. The system requirements for the Live Help Messenger Windows application are shown below.
