Your site visitors do not require any additional software to chat with your Live Help operators. Our Live Help software solution allows your visitors to chat directly with your operators through their web browser.
You can customize various parts of the Live Help site visitor window from within the Live Help Settings. Settings such as the Company Logo, Campaign Link / Logo, Online / Offline status images, and font type/size can be adjusted when logged into the Live Help Administration. In addition to this you can customize the Live Help style sheets for advanced adjustments.

Live Help Messenger Windows Application
The Live Help Messenger application offers a fully functional Windows interface and provides extended functionality over using web-based Live Help solutions. The Live Help Messenger application is available to download in the customer/download area.
Within the operator application you are able to view previous site visitor chat transcripts for a given day. In addition to this you are also able to view site visitor history regarding your web site traffic.
Manage Live Help Operator Accounts
The Live Help Messenger application also allows you to create new operator accounts and edit existing accounts. You will need to purchase a subscription plan that includes more than one operator (i.e. Standard, Professional or Enterprise plans) to create additional operators, see our pricing options for further details.
The above screenshot details the different Live Help privileges that Live Help features. These access level controls allow you to restrict certain operators from creating new accounts, pro-actively initiating chat requests, changing images and other critical settings etc.
