Once you have completed payment for your Live Help subscription your account will be setup and deployed within 24 hours. All accounts include a complimentary 7 day trial period - you must cancel your PayPal subscription within the first 7 days if you decide our software is not suitable.

You will be required to install the Live Help Messenger desktop application within all your Live Help operator PCs. The system requirements for the Live Help Messenger desktop application are stated below.

The Live Help Messenger Windows application is officially Certified for Windows Vista. Windows XP is also fully supported for those businesses that have not yet migrated to Windows Vista.

Certified for Windows Vista applications are tested to ensure that the solution adhere's to software best practices and recommendations. This allows us to provide our customers with a quality, independently tested software solution.
