Our new embedded Live Chat allows you to easily display Live Help on your web pages. The embedded chat will allow your site visitors to chat with you without constantly switching between your web site and a chat popup window, keeping your visitors engaged in your content and products. This feature will work on any web page that you place the Live Help HTML code within.
Live Help is installed on your own web server, so there is no monthly or subscription fees. In addition to this, both of our Live Help software licenses include upgrades to the Live Help Server Software. We also provide minor upgrades to the Live Help Messenger Windows application. Additional fees may apply in the future for major updates to the Live Help Messenger Windows application - although we have never charged for an update yet.
