- When will staff be 'online' in Live Help to answer my questions?
Our company does not currently have dedicated staff attending to Live Help on our web site. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience, at this stage we do not have operators available 24/7, however we make every effort possible to be available via. Live Help.

- Where is the free trial/demo version of live help?
Unfortunately we do not have a demo or trial available of Live Help, due to the method we distribute our software. We will be introducing a FREE hosted trial version of Live Help on our web site upon the release of our hosted Live Help trial version.

- Is Live Help a complete download solution or a hosted solution?
Live Help does not currently communicate with our server, our Live Help software will run completely from your own web server. Our Live Help software will communicate with our server's to check for new releases of our Live Help software.

- When do I receive my product after purchasing?
Upon purchasing our software your order will be verified, this is required by our credit card processing facility. Once we have verified your order you will be forwarded instructions to access the customer area and download the Live Help software packages. Our order verification procedure can take up to 48 hours, however the common response time is from 6-12 hours.

- I have purchased Live Help but can't access the customer area?
Upon purchasing Live Help we will notify you with details for you to login to the customer area where you can view your customer details and download the Live Help software packages. If you have purchased Live Help your download access details will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment, you may experience delays if you did not provide all the necessary details.

- When ordering Live Help, will my credit card details be secure?
We process all Live Help orders via our 128 bit SSL web server, this allows your credit card details to be sent directly to our bank account without storing any of your credit card details.

- Is Live Help supported on all web browsers?
Our Live Help software will function on the majority of web browsers above version 4, however the Live Help web-based administration only supports Internet Explorer 5.5+, Netscape Navigator 5.0+ and Mozilla Firefox 1.0+.

- Do I really get lifetime Live Help upgrades?
stardevelop.com believe that once you have paid for software you should be entitled to lifetime upgrades for that products lifetime. We will try and constantly bring you updates and new features in the future. Major and minor upgrades are included within the Live Help Server Software, you will also receive minor upgrades to the Live Help Messenger Windows application.

- Can I use the Live Help software on more than one domain?
Essentially when you purchase Live Help you only purchase a 'Single Domain License', this entitles you use the software on only a single domain name excluding the geographical domain level. eg. stardevelop.com and stardevelop.com.au would only need a single license.
In addition to this if you have multiple domain names that point to the same site you do not need an additional license and if your domain changes your license can be transferred over to the new domain.

- Why does my customer account need activating?
Whenever you wish to download the latest version of our Live Help software you will need to activate your account, this is our copyright protection against software piracy. An email verification needs to be completed in order to re-activate your account. Once you have activated your account you will be able to login normally for the following 24 hours.
