Live Help Messenger Installation
You can easily install the Live Help Messenger Windows application using the Installation wizard.
The Live Help Messenger Windows application requires the Microsoft .NET Framework, if not already installed on your computer then the Installation wizard will download and install the .NET Framework.
The Live Help Messenger installation wizard is shown below:
Once the Live Help Messenger installation is completed you will be able to access the application from the Start > All Programs > Live Help Messenger menu.
When you open the Live Help Messenger application you will be ready to sign-in to the administration. You do not need to configure any settings before you can sign-in to the Live Help administration, the application window should appear as shown below:
