Once you have received an email stating that your order has been approved, you will then be able to access the customer area.
Your will need to login to the customer area to download the Live Help Server Software - this software is installed on your web server and is required for the Live Help Windows application to work as expected.
Note: You cannot access the downloads until your order is approved. |
