In order to access the Live Help Customer Area you require a valid Live Help software license. If you have not purchased our Live Help software solution then you can place an order at Order / Pricing.

Once you have received an email stating that your order has been approved, you will then be able to access the customer area.

Your will need to login to the customer area to download the Live Help Server Software - this software is installed on your web server and is required for the Live Help Windows application to work as expected.

What software do my Live Help operators download?

Your operators should install the Live Help Messenger Windows application on their computers. They can easily download the Live Help Messenger Windows application below.

Note: The Live Help Messenger application can only be used once the Live Help Server Software has been installed on your web site. Requires Windows XP or Windows Vista. The previous Live Help Messenger Windows application v2.95 is also available for download. The previous release is suitable if you are not running the latest Live Help Server Software.
