A little of topic, but since these blog posts are getting a lot of attention, I would suggest a forum.
November 21st, 2007 at 7:33 PM
I’d be happy to moderate and/or assist in setting the site up if you’d like.

A suggestion - A live chat between all operators.
So underneath all of the agents we can have like an IRC chat or “group” chat 24/7 just underneath the names. There are so many times that I’ve needed to talk to everyone and doing it individually is not the greatest. If its all underneath the window we can talk to all operators at any time.

Ron, you have been sent the beta release via. email. Let us know if you any questions or feedback regarding the release.

Could you please send me the beta via email as well?
January 18th, 2008 at 3:12 PM
Hey guys,
Just a suggestion for the next release. It would be nice to have a feature that would “Auto Initiate Chats” with visitors that could be turned on? So that visitors will automatically get the little popup saying someone is online if the feature it turned on?
That would be excellent!!

Could you send me the Beta? Thanks.

We would like to try out the beta package. We are very satisfied with your software and also have some feedback but maybe this is included in the beta already. Are there any news on a release date by now?
January 29th, 2008 at 12:34 AM
Would help if we could select what mode to put live help when the screen saver is activated - BRB or Away.
February 2nd, 2008 at 12:52 AM
Not to complain, but is there any update to the latest release?
It’s been two months since the first beta, and the proposed BETA refresh never arrived after two weeks.
Any news will be received as good news at this time; Lead your customers out of the dark!
February 2nd, 2008 at 7:29 PM
We apologise for the delays. The Beta Refresh was delayed due to the recent launch of our Live Help Hosted service, outstanding Skype integration issues and is expected to be available soon.
Once again we apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience. Keep an eye out for an updated blog post late next week. Thanks!

I am happy to see that the development on this product is still going strong. It has actually been a while since I have used the Live Help Messenger but I did purchase the product a while back and do plan on using it again soon. I will be looking forward to seeing a new release.
