stardevelop.com Live Help has established Sales/Support forums to encourage an online community for stardevelop.com Live Help customer's and end-users. The stardevelop.com Forums require all users to register, to receive access to the Support forums your stardevelop.com customer number must be provided.

Live Help 2.0/Windows Client Release - Available
The stardevelop.com Live Help 2.0 Final is now available along with our initial release of the Live Help Windows Client. The Live Help Windows Client requires the Live Help 2.0 Final (Preview release is not supported). The Windows client additionally requires the .NET Framework 1.1. In regards to the Installation of the Live Help 2.0 Final, your MySQL database and /livehelp directory must be re-created/deleted. Please contact support if you have any difficulties.

Upcoming Live Help Windows Client - Preview
The stardevelop.com Live Help windows client progress and up-coming features are now available to preview. Development work is still progressing on Live Help version 2.0 as planned, with a beta/preview version of both Live Help 2.0 and the Windows Client expected to be available around the end of this month.

Future Upcoming Live Help 2.0 - Feature Requests
Currently at stardevelop.com we are busy working on stardevelop.com Live Help version 2.0. Various major improvements installed are; proactively chat with guests browsing your web-site, unlimited departments, JavaScript check status indicator and online tracker, plus many more tweaks and minor features. We are expecting a preview release to be available in the customer area within the following month. In addition to this our web site visitors and customers can now request features to be included within our Live Help solution.

Live Help 1.2 Final Release - Available
Our Live Help 1.2 Final is now available within the Live Help customer area. Several new features have been added, with lots of existing features tweaked. The Live Help Installation has been revamped along with conversion of the customizable settings to the database. For this update your existing Live Help will have to be completely removed and re-installed (The MySQL database must be re-created or emptied prior to Installation). Please consult the online documentation for new information to install.

Live Help New Features Available
Several new features have been added to Live Help 1.2, nearing it's final release. Such features are; User Editable Language Packs enabling our end-users to create locale versions by simply editing a single file, and Online Sound Alerts of new guests that login to the Live Help support system. In addition to this several minor routine bug fixes have been included in this release. Your configuration file needs to be updated for this Live Help upgrade, please consult the online documentation for information to upgrade.

Live Help Update - resolved bug fixes
Several bug fixes have been resolved in the Live Help 1.2 preview release, an updated download is available in the customer area. This Live Help update resolved bugs such as; eliminated all PHP notices, eliminated the need for cookies to be enabled, and resolved the Live Help Installation .htaccess 500 Internal Error. Please consult the online documentation for information to upgrade.

Live Help 1.2 Final Release - Available
Live Help 1.2 preview is available to download now for customers that pre-ordered. Our MySQL, PHP Live Help product is now available to pre-order for our low introductory offer, checkout the order page for details. Live Help product to be released soon
Our development team is almost ready for the initial release of Live Help version 1.2. Currently we are finalizing minor bugs/issues, performing final performance testing, marketing and administration. Stay tuned for the upcoming release announcements.
